If you are aged 70.5 or older, you have the opportunity to fulfill your mandatory distribution requirement from your traditional or Roth IRA without incurring federal income tax. Numerous companies provide matching gift programs to inspire their employees to support charitable causes. Many of these programs match contributions on a one-to-one basis, and some may even triple or double your generous gift.
